We will send an invoice or a payment link to the email associated with your Geovio account. You can pay using this link with a bank transfer or a credit card.
€700/month Pro price covers your entire organization with unlimited users. You don't pay per seat.
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.
Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. Enterprise cancellation follows the terms of your contract.
We'll notify you and retry. If the issue isn't resolved within a grace period, the account is downgraded to Free. Your data is preserved, but Pro features are suspended until billing is restored.
Only when you save it. Sentinel scenes are streamed on demand from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem at no cost. Your storage quota applies only to mosaics and other artefacts you create and keep in your workspace.
Rule of thumb:
- 1 GB ≈ 4,000 km² of Sentinel-2 imagery
- 1 GB ≈ 4,000 km² of Sentinel-1 imagery
- 1 GB ≈ 10,000 km² of Landsat 8/9 imagery
A runner is an execution slot for analysis jobs — an AI/ML inference, a change-detection run, a mosaic build. The Free plan includes 1 runner, so jobs execute sequentially. Pro and Enterprise have unlimited runners, so multiple jobs run in parallel.
Any programmatic call to the Geovio API — listing projects, fetching a mosaic tile, uploading a scene, triggering an analysis. Requests made through the Geovio web interface at app.geovio.com share the same allowance.
No. Access to Copernicus Sentinel-1, -2, -3, -5P via the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, and to Landsat 8/9, is free on every Geovio plan. You pay only for the analysis and storage of derived products.
Commercial imagery from our partner providers is priced per the source provider's tariff and billed separately. You can bring your own licence from the provider, or we can source imagery for you at the provider's rate.
Yes, on all plans, including Free. Upload optical, multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal, or RGB drone imagery subject to the upload file size and storage limits of your plan.
Yes. Geovio integrates with existing imagery sources. Custom connector development is typically scoped as part of an Enterprise engagement.
Yes. All projects, mosaics, users and settings carry over when you upgrade.
We use secure cloud storage and comply with GDPR standards. Geovio will permanently delete all your data after your subscription ends.
You can export your data at any point up to account deletion. After account deletion, data is removed from production systems.
